Shipping & Delivery Policy

SimplySetup is a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. This policy explains how and when our digital deliverables — formation documents, certificates, tax IDs, and add-on services — are delivered to you.
1. Nature of our services
Online business incorporation and compliance services across the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and India.
All deliverables are issued by the relevant government registry (e.g. MCA, Companies House, Delaware Division of Corporations) and forwarded to you by SimplySetup digitally.
2. Delivery timelines
Filing timelines depend on the chosen jurisdiction and the responsiveness of the underlying government authority. Typical timelines:
- India (Pvt Ltd / LLP) — 7 to 14 business days from receipt of complete documents and successful payment.
- United States (Delaware / Wyoming) — 3 to 7 business days.
- United Kingdom (Companies House) — 1 to 3 business days.
- Singapore (ACRA) — 3 to 7 business days.
- UAE (IFZA) — 7 to 14 business days, plus visa coordination where applicable.
Timelines are estimates. Statutory holidays, additional documentation requests, or queries from the registry may extend delivery.
3. How deliverables reach you
- Email — every milestone (filing submission, registry approval, certificate issuance, EIN/PAN, etc.) triggers an email to the address on your account.
- Dashboard — signed-in customers can download every document at any time from https://flow.simplysetup.com/dashboard.
- Physical post — we do not currently mail physical certificates. Some jurisdictions (e.g. UAE) issue plastic IDs which the local authority couriers directly to you; that is outside SimplySetup's scope.
4. International customers
Our services are available globally. Because delivery is digital, there are no international shipping fees, customs duties, or carrier delays imposed by SimplySetup.
5. Order tracking
Your application status is live in the customer dashboard. We do not operate a separate parcel-tracking system because nothing is physically shipped.
